Stand Up Paddle Surf Coaching
These unique sessions include Sports Coaching & Stand Up Paddle Surf techniques together with the principles of Hawaiian Huna tradition (“The Art of being Happy Here & Now”) enabling thus to enjoy a Holistic SUP Body-Mind-Soul training.

The benefits of these sessions go further than the ones achieved by the conventional practice of SUP, as our SUP Coaching sessions allow the individual to perfectionate his/her SUP paddling technique, corporal alignment, breathing capacity, general success performance, goals achievement capacity and motivation. In addition, these sessions enable to let go any personal insecurities, limitations and burdens and help to develop our innate capacities as confidence in one-self, inner strenght, body & mind flexibility, effective stress control, the capacity to adapt to new situations & changes, positivity, wellbeing and presence in the Here & Now.

These sessions are led by Shankara, Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP) professional instructor by the Spanish Federation of Surf, Personal trainer, Yoga & Pilates qualified instructor, Masseur, Pranic healer, Indian & Hawaiian Hula dancer & Hawaiian Huna Philosophy specialist.
